101 USES FOR A DEAD

When I saw the first ad on TV advertising collagen-enriched cosmetics I was speechless. We’ll be apologizing to Hitler, I thought; at least he didn’t kill for money!

Collagen is the gelatinous substance found in connective tissue, bone and cartilage. Nick Thimmesch’s syndicated column "Our Grisly human Fetal Industry" documented that amniotic fluid and collagen can come from fetal material, since the Food and Drug Administration does not require pre-testing or identification of cosmetic ingredients.

A glance at a local drug store revealed that the leading 12shalpoos and five hand-creams all contained collagen.

Check your beauty products and you may be shocked! Unless your beauty product specifies animal collagen or bovine collagen, the product probably contains human collagen. Even collagen taken from human placenta raises questions about respect of life and ownership of the placenta.

A letter from Mary Kay Cosmetics emphasizes that their collagen all comes from animals. A similar letter from Hask has also been received.

Since there are 1.5 million abortions every year, there is abundant source of fetuses for commercial use. There’s a triple profit to be had the first is from the abortion (estimated at a half billion dollars a year by Fortune magazine.) The second profit comes from the sale of the aborted babies’ bodies. The third profit is from unsuspecting customers buying cosmetics.

Babies’ bodies are sold by the bag, $25 a batch or up to $5,500 a pound. The sale of late-term elective abortions at D.C. General Hospital sold at $68,000 between 1966 and 1976. The money was used to buy a TV set and cookies and soft drinks for visiting professors. Personally, I hope they choked in the Kool-Aid!

Call your local abortuary and hospital and ask them some pointed questions about the disposal and possible sale of fetuses. Would an abortionist who kills a baby think twice about selling its body? One prenatal killer said, "A baby is becoming property. We kill, keep, or sell the property."

In Pittsburgh Women’s Health Service there’s a sign in the lab areas asking doctors not to carry dead fetuses without wrapping them since it disturbs the patients.

What have abortuaries done with fetuses in the past before they realized that they could make another profit out of them? Well "Richmond’s shame" marked a new low in disposal of wastes. An abortion center there filled a long bin on the rear of its property with the remains of its day’s nefarious doings its trash compactor neatly mashed 100 babies’ bodies which were then tied up in plastic bags and thrown on top of the bin.

"The hungry dogs came along and dragged the bags away. There were frequent fights and the contents of the bags would be strewn up and down the streets until the dogs separated the gauze, sponges, and pads and devoured the placenta, bones and flesh of the babies," said a mother. She went to the police, health department and city hall and felt that she got nowhere; but the bags of warm human babies’ mutilated parts disappeared from the streets even though the clinic increased its abortions from 25 to 150 a week. They’ve since moved to larger quarters.

The Jacksonville, Florida, Women’s Center for Reproductive Health, which is run and owned by the Clergy Consultation Service, advertises "celebrating a decade of service."

What they don’t advertise is that they leave aborted babies out of the trash pickup. Rev. Martin Lutz, the director, explained that the practice of leaving the remains out was perfectly legal and approved by the "good housekeeping" Judases, the National Abortion Federation and the Florida Abortion Council.

Dr. Jeronimo Dominguez of New York wrote that "on any Monday you can see about 30 garbage bags with fetal material in them along the sidewalks of several abortion clinics on New York."

In Odessa, Texas, city ordinance 69-91 forbids placing a dead animal in a dumpster. But that didn’t stop one abortionist from depositing large brown paper bags into the city dumpster prior to closing every night.

A Baptist minister opened the bags and to his horror found little "perfectly formed hands and feet of a 13-week-old baby and complete body, in pieces, of a 17-week-old baby. Everything except one foot was there: The rib cage, sexual organs, head, finger nails and toe nails."

He nearly died of shock. I nearly did too, reading about it.

Babies used to be burned on the altar to Baal; now they’re burned in furnaces at the sites of their deaths. In Cincinnati, a prenatal killer allowed dense smoke to eminate from his chimney. When firemen were called they were told, "They’re burning babies," as if that was routine. One wonders how life-saving firemen could continue their dedication amid such a contradiction!

One pro-lifer overheard her children (ages 5 to 7) discussing the infamous picture of the babies in the trash ban the first time they saw it.

"It’s dolls. It has to be dolls," said the kindergartner.

"No," said his pre-school sister, "it’s babies."

The older child couldn’t believe it. "It has to be dolls," he insisted. "Why would anyone throw away babies?"

When the mother explained to them that it was babies; both children grew very quiet. Silently they studied the picture and then recalled the times they had gone on trips to the city dump with the family.

"Will the rats eat the babies when they take them to the dump?" the boy asked.

A wounded American eagle was found in Maryland recently and rushed to emergency treatment but it as too late. He died. A $5,000 reward was offered for the arrest of its killer.

Similarly, the Izaac Walton League’s ethics fund has spent nearly $60,000 in the last 1 ½ year to enhance outdoor ethics. It is illegal to ship pregnant lobsters (regardless of which trimester!) to market. There’s a $1,000 fine and a year’s jail term as a penalty.

The Massachusetts Supreme Court has ruled that goldfish cannot be awarded as prizes in games of chance. This violates the state’s anti-cruelty law to protect the "tendency to dull humanitarian feelings and corrupt the morals of those who observe them." This same court upheld mandatory state funding of abortions!

If human fetuses were an animal, its welfare might be entrusted to the Department of Agriculture or the Fish and Wildlife Service where it would be safer than at the mercy of the Health Department. The hackles of SPCA would rise at the physical treatment that it received.

Some researchers insist that the reason they must do research on human fetuses is because they are human, not animal. In a it-shouldn’t-happen-to-a-dog story, 47 senators voted in 1974 to protect dogs from experimentation with poisonous gas but then voted down Sen. Jesse Helm’s amendment to prevent federal funds from being used for abortion. One liberal, pro-abortion senator gave an emotion laden speech to protect dogs. Man’s best friend came out better than man himself!

Who is pressing for the "right" to experiment? No one less than the national institute of Health. A stacked national commission gave them the "right" and this experimentation is funded by you, the tax-payer!

This is another sequel to the erosion of the value of human life. Abortion, fetal experimentation, infanticide, and euthanasia are four walls of the same coffin.

Even Planned Parenthood’s anti-life lawyer Harriet Pilpel was shocked. "What mother (sic) would consent to an experiment on her fetus?" she asked.

Some of the more shocking facts that will give your heart palpitations include:

• The young couple who wanted to conceive a child to be aborted so the father-to-be could use the baby’s kidneys for a transplant he needed himself.
• In California, babies aborted at six months were submerged in jars of liquid with high oxygen content to see if they could breathe through their skin. They couldn’t.
• The hysterectomy-aborted fetus in the seventh, eighth and ninth months is removed intact (translation: the baby is alive.) The trade in fetal tissue is about $1 million annually. The high prices may encourage unnecessary abortions in welfare patients as the surest way of getting "salable tissue."
• Dr. Robert Schwartz, chief of pediatrics at the Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital, said that, "After a baby is delivered, while it is still linked to its mother by the umbilical cord, I take a blood sample, sever the cord and then as quickly as possible remove the organs and tissues."
• Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh packed aborted babies in ice for shipment to experimental labs.
• Newsday reported that an Ohio medical research company tested the brains and hearts of 100 fetuses as part of a $300,000 pesticide contract.

• Human embryos and other organs have been encased in plastic and sold as paperweight novelty items.
• The Diabetes Treatment Project at UCLA depends for its existence on the availability of pancreases from late-term aborted fetuses.
• A rabies vaccine is produced from viruses grown in the lungs of aborted children, according to FDA. A polio vaccine was also grown with cells from aborted kids.
• Brain cells would be "harvested" from aborted babies for transplant.
• Tissue cultures are obtained by dropping still-living babies into meat grinders and homogenizing them, according to the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine.
• The Village Voice reported estimates seven years ago that 20,000 to 100,000 fetuses are sold to drug companies each year in the U.S.
• A $600,000 grant from N.I.H. enabled one baby (among many others in the experiment done in Finland) to sliced open without an anesthetic so that a liver could be obtained. The researcher in charge said that the baby was complete and "was even secreting urine." He disclaimed the need for anesthetic, saying an aborted baby is just garbage." Don’t tell God!
• A study on the severed heads of 12 babies delivered by C-section who were kept alive for months.
• Even the baby’s placenta is sold for 50 cents to drug companies. Ever heard of Placenta Plus shampoo?

America is suffering the judgment of God. God’s wrath is being poured out upon our land and the church is not even cognizant of it. The people of God sleep. Judgment has already come. It is even at the doors.

Four weeks ago, tornado winds slashed through North and South Carolina leaving scores dead, hundreds injured, and thousands homeless. Scripture declares, "The Lord hath His way in the whirlwind and in the storm." (Nahum 1:3) The winds performed the will of God.

Four years ago, this country suffered unprecedented drought. Rivers ran dry. Vineyards in California shriveled, and in Florida massive sink holes opened. Who withheld the rain? What is His name? "I have withholden the rain from you," says the Lord God (Amos 4:7)

Since then, the nation has reeled under floods from California to Maine. When Scripture says, "The Lord sitteth upon the flood," (Psalm 29:10), it means the flood is no accident: it is for a reason and is designed with a purpose. It is under the control of God who "sitteth King forever."

This winter was the coldest on record. Severe cold killed fruit trees as far South as Texas.

It is sheer atheism that cannot see the hand of God behind the acts of God. God is angry: this is the cause of His dealings with our nation after this manner, and if America will not turn from her course of wickedness, He will "Whet His sword; He hath bent His bow and made it ready." "Prepare to meet thy God," America. (Psalm 7:11, 12; Amos 4:12) What is God’s purpose in sending to our country such manifestations of judgment? In Amos 4:6, the prophet declares God sent Israel "cleanness of teeth" and "want of bread" in all her places, yet she did not repent of her sins and return to Him. Has the recent increase in soup kitchens and the massive unemployment humbled Americans and caused them to turn from their wickedness?

In verses 7,8, Amos testified God sent Israel drought. Still she did not repent and return to the Lord. Therefore, in verse 9, the prophet declares God sent "blasting and mildew" and the "palmerworm" to devour her gardens and vineyards. "Yet have ye not returned unto Me", says the Lord. God has smitten America with fungi and pests of sundry descriptions, but instead of turning to the Lord, she has spread her fields with fungicides and pesticides. Her attempt to negate the judgment of God has resulted in a severer judgment: the poisoning of herself.

Amos prophecies in verse 1O that it is God who has afflicted Israel with disease. Has this nation ever had a higher incidence of Cancer or heart disease? Yet America has shown no willingness to repent. As Isaiah said of Judah, "the whole head is sick and the whole heart faint. From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds and bruises mad putrefying sores ..." He asked "why should ye be stricken any more?" God then concluded, they would revolt more and more. (1:5, 6) As Micah wrote of Samaria and

Judah, I believe the wound of America is incurable. (1:9) Judah might reform under the leadership of King Josiah, but on account of the innumerable murders of innocent people under the hand of King Manasseh, God’s anger could not be stayed, but issued forth as water from the womb. (II Kings 25:26)

According to the prophet Amos, it was God who brought defeat to Israel on the battlefield (verse 10); still she did not return unto the Lord. America did not win World War II, the Korean War, or the Viet Nam War. She parceled out Europe to godless Communists at the end of the World War, accepted a compromise with them in the Korean War, and retreated in the face of Communist forces in the Viet Nam War. Ayatollah Khomeini was right: the desert sands imprisoned American aircraft in the rescue attempt. God was not with us.

As God made the stink of Israel’s camps to enter her nostrils, so America’s industrialization has made a stench of her cities. Yet America has ventured more and more into the doctrine of humanism, sodomy, fornication, and abortion.

Amos declared it was God who overthrew some in such a manner as it was obviously the judgment of God. Yet they did not return unto Him (11). Therefore He tells Israel He has prepared instruments of death. "Button-down-the-hatch", America, and "Prepare to meet thy God."

When people dishonor their bodies between themselves, it is evident God has given them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts. (Romans 1:24) When society is given to sodomy and men "burn in their lust one toward another" and women change the "natural use into that which is against nature," they do so because God has given them up to vile affections. (26:27)

Why is God so angry with this nation? While some would begin with rape, fornication, adultery, drunkenness, covetousness and the like, I believe there are three grossly over-looked reasons.

First, this nation exists by debt. Federal and state governments

spend money they do not have, and then expect the laboring man to indenture himself to pay it. Mr. Average American is shackled by such immoral banking practices, and has also harnessed himself with personal debt. He buys things with money he does not have, and to do so he enslaves himself with debt chained by 18-24 percent interest. He lives by debt; and as the "borrower is servant to the lender" (Proverbs 22:7)

So he ceases to be a free man. He is willing to sacrifice his family, his church, and his principles because debt enslaves.

Second, there is a wholesale forsaking of public worship. Rare is the person living on any street in America who attends public worship with any regularity.--Most who attend church care little what "saith the Lord"; instead they prefer to "feel good." They want to enjoy their religion and have a good time while their nation is in mortal danger.

Reader, there is no meaner person in all the world than the preacher who entertains sinners on their way to Hell!

Third, I believe the greatest cause of God’s anger against this nation is the people of God themselves for they lift up their voice and cry against sodomy, abortion, adultery and the like, then turn around and finance such abominations through voluntary taxation. In a newspaper editorial, syndicated columnist Walter Williams quoted the Washington Dateline stating the Labor Department under its CETA program (Comprehensive Employment and Training Act) gave $41,000 to a feminist group to perform in the nude the "Leaping Lesbian Follies." In the same article, the Los Angeles CETA was said to have given Gay Community Services $640,000 to provide education about gay life styles.

In his book, The Homosexual Network: Private Lives and Public Policies, Enrique Rueda declares "The main source of funding of the homosexual movement is the American taxpayer."

He contends, "The federal government provides 18.43 percent of the funding, the state and local governments 27.20 percent...The total funding from tax sources amounts to 45.65 percent." He goes on to say the Internal Revenue Service has helped their cause by recognizing homosexual organizations as eligible for the 501 (C) (3) tax-exempt foundation status.

Since January 22, 1973, when the United States Court ruled unborn babies are non-persons, over 12 million innocent children have been murdered on the altars of lust and expediency. Millions of children have been murdered by abortion which were funded by voluntary contributions in the form of Federal and state taxes.

The interpretation of the Ten Commandments does not belong to Caesar. It would appear as though the black-robed Supreme Court Justices have become a new priestly order! Or, have they upheld man’s laws in complete disregard of the Law of God?

Can Christians plead innocence when they knowingly support sodomy, and abortion with their taxes? What will God say to them when they explain to Him they did it because the government threatened them if they did not comply? Can a Christian be guiltless who opposes such wickedness but who "toes the mark," when he hears the sound of the "cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery and dulcimer" playing to the tune of "April the 15th?" To do so is to support the very things God condemns. What hypocrisy! Can the people of God drink the "cup of the Lord and the cup of devils?" (I Corinthians 10:21) It would be easier for a fountain to send forth at the same place sweet water and salt water.

Will God accept our tithes and offerings when we are willing to support with our taxes the perversions of the Law of God? What abhorrent, what blatant hypocrisy? How can we sing, "God Bless America?" Is it not a farce? And, how can we pray God to bless our land? Will we not be made partakers of her evil deeds? (II John 9-11}

Too many preachers are partakers of America’s sins by the power vested in them by the state of______________! Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego answered King Nebuchadnezzar in no uncertain terms: "We are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up." (Daniel 5:16-18)

"All the presidents of the kingdom, the governors and the princes, the counsellors, and the captains...consulted together to establish a royal statute, and to make a firm decree, that whosoever shall ask a petition of any God or man for thirty days," except of the king, he should be cast into a den of lions. "Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed"-- that it was an unalterable law of the Medes and Persians, "he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime." (Daniel 6:7-10)

The tragedy is,

In his publication Temple Times, Pastor Robert McCurry of East Point, Georgia, rightly observes "Political action will not solve the sin problem. No political party, or platform -- however conservative or moral --will solve the sin problem. No political personality --however charming --will solve the sin problem. No legislation --however good and moral –will solve the sin problem." The cries of twelve million babies address the throne of a righteous God demanding to be avenged and they shall be avenged!

"Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy that it cannot hear: but your iniquities have separated between you and your God and your sins have hid his face from you that He will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity." (Isaiah 59:1-3)
