TO ONE WHO BELIEVES MEN AND ANIMALS CAN BE MIXED

Dear D. O.                                                                                                  February 28, 1989

Every true Christian, and every God-called pastor accepts the Bible as his rule, as his final authority in matters of Faith, what he believes, and Practice, how he is to behave himself. If God's Word, the Bible, is not our authority, we have nothing in common. When Jesus Christ put His Spirit in me, He gave me faith to believe every jot and tittle He has written using amanuenses. So, Peter says, "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost" (II Peter 1:20,21).

In the last chapter of his second epistle, Peter says that it is the "unlearned and unstable" who wrest the Scriptures, and that they do it "unto their own destruction" (3:16). So, Luther said, "Whom God intends to destroy, He gives leave to play with Scripture." It is a serious thing to pretend to be a Christian, but it is much more damning, to pretend to be called to pastor, because as James says, "We shall receive the greater damnation" (3:1).

Now, brother, rather than railing on me, and acting the part of a scorner, why not be a reasonable man? When God said we are to love our neighbor, He said it to men, not to ducks as you make out, or to chickens. God addressed his law and grace to men. You want me to think of you as an intelligent man, but you say that you believe animals and men can be mixed. God said they should produce "after their kind." I will take God's Word that this is the way things are, and not some cheap gossip sheet found at the grocery checkout counter, for all frothy-headed thrill-seekers. Man cannot beget animals, neither can animals beget men. This is irrefutable proof black folks belong to the sons of men.

The word "neighbor" does not mean "close blood brother." It comes from the Anglo-Saxon words, "neigh" meaning "near", and "burer" meaning "to dwell." It means anyone we come into contact with becomes our neighbor, and we are to deal neighborly with them. This is the significance of the Golden Rule to do unto others as we would that they should do unto us. This is the whole meaning of the parable of the Good Samaritan. If you missed this point, you missed it all.

You ask, "If I murdered your Son, would you forgive me?" "If I murdered you, would you ask for forgiveness for me? on your death bed?" From this, I assume that you do not believe the Bible. I hope I am wrong, but if I understand you correctly, you are an ungodly man.

ON INTERRACIAL MARRIAGE

Dear D. I.                                                                                                         August 24, 1991

...The Bible nowhere clearly forbids interracial marriage; but it does forbid believers from marrying unbelievers. However, since by the 3 sons of Noah, by Shem, Ham and Japheth, the whole earth was overspread, it is a powerful argument that when the Lord returns to earth, He ought to be able to find "Shem, Ham and Japheth", and not a homogenization of men.

ON THE MARK OF CAIN

Dear D. W.                                                                                                         May 12, 1987

...The mark God placed on Cain was not black skin. This is easy to prove since all the Cainites were drowned in the flood in the days of Noah.
